iROTORS accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards for orders. During checkout, provide your billing address and telephone number in the spaces provided. Be sure to use the address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Cashiers Checks and Money Orders
|
|
To pay with cashiers check or money order, simply use our shopping cart to purchase items you would like to order. After checkout is completed, mail the money order or cashiers check in the amount of the order total to: iRotors, Inc., P.O. Box 5534, Norco, CA 92860 Orders WILL NOT process until funds have cleared the bank.

PayPal

PayPal allows anyone with an email address to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send and receive payments online. PayPal is far less time-consuming than making a trip to the ATM or writing and mailing paper checks. And unlike checks, which can take days to clear, most PayPal transactions clear instantly unless an e-check is used. In that event, it usually takes about 5-7 business days to clear.

With Google Checkout you can quickly and easily buy from stores across the web and track all your orders and shipping in one place. You can shop with confidence knowing that your credit card number isn't shared with sellers. And if you want to keep your email address confidential, Google can do that too.

SALES TAX
|

Orders shipped to customers outside of California are sales tax-free. Orders shipped within California will be charged sales tax, which is automatically computed during checkout based on your Shipping Address. The tax amount will be reflected on your order before it is placed.

We guarantee that every transaction you make with iROTORS will be safe. iROTORS.com servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Opera, and AOL. This ensures that only iROTORS can see your personal information. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. We will, however, transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

PROBLEMS WITH E-MAIL

If you have emailed any of our departments, but have not received a response, it may be that our email replies are being blocked by your browser settings, spam filters or by your internet service provider (ISP). Even legitimate commercial email, like email from our customer service departments or Order Status notifications can be blocked. If you believe this is happening, you may be able to add us to your Safe Sender List or address book to eliminate the problem. You may also want to review the help section of your email program or contact your ISP and see how to loosen the settings that filter or block email that you receive. Once you've made changes to your settings, email us once more and we'll gladly answer your question again.

CORE RETURN
|
|
Our Brake Calipers come with a core charge which is built into the cost of the product. The core charge is a deposit you pay until you return your old part that you removed from your vehicle. If your old core is not destroyed and is in rebuildable good condition, fill out the form included in each box and send it back with the Core to the address shown for a cash value. A core credit is processed and a credit made to your credit card within 30 days of receiving the Caliper core and form. If the form is not correctly filled out, a core credit will not be issued. iROTORS is not responsible for return shipping on Caliper Cores. To determine the core credit, ask our sales representative upon placing your order or contact our customer service dept.

|
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
|
|
We allow our customers to return or exchange unused items purchased from us as long as a request is made within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of product. If you are not pleased with your purchase you can return it for a refund so long as you follow the guidelines listed below. Once item has been installed on vehicle, unless defective, cannot be returned.
|
|
A refund or exchange of a product will be processed only if it accompanied by the original sales invoice. Return freight charges are not reimbursable.
|
|
All returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any orders placed then canceled within the same business day, will be subject to a $10.00 bank cancellation fee. Any order canceled on the next business day and beyond, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If an order is shipped then canceled, it will fall under the 20% restocking fee if returned. Absolutely no returns after 14-days. Any product that is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping and cancelation fees of canceled orders.

We will exchange any UNUSED UNDAMAGED item for another item of equal value. If the new item is of greater value, customer will be responsible for any price difference. If new item is of lesser value, the difference will be credited to the customer’s account minus the 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping of exchanged items.
|
|
We do not cover lost or stolen packages mailed back by the customer containing the parts being claimed under warranty. Because the customer is the shipper, he or she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company.
|
|
International Orders
|
|
Shipping charges both ways for any cancellations, returns or warranty claims outside the Continental USA will be the responsibility of the customer. iROTORS under no circumstance will pay for any shipping costs.
|
|
ALL RETURNS MUST FOLLOW THESE THREE STEPS:
|
|
1. Customer MUST have their order number with first and last name. We cannot accept any item for return without a valid order number or customers first and last name and submitted to an authorized representative of iROTORS. Please contact us at

2. Customer MUST return item in original UNUSED UNDAMAGED condition. We cannot accept any returned item that does not have its original included parts, is not in its complete and sellable original packaging, or has already been installed. Any items that have been returned in poor condition, damaged or missing parts will NOT be credited and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
|
|
3. Customer MUST pay for shipping to return item. We will not pay the shipping fees to have the item returned to us.
|
|
|
|
REFUNDS
|
|
Any refund or credit approval will be credited to your Paypal account, or credit card within 72 hours. Please be aware that your bank may take 5-10 business days to post to your credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 14 days please email our customer service at

ERRORS AND MISTAKES
|
|
If a return request is due to an error on the part of iROTORS we will arrange for return shipping by use of a call tag or shipping return label. If the part is not ready to be picked up, it then becomes the customer's responsibility to arrange return shipping back, and at no time will a second call tag or return label be issued. On returns where iROTORS is not at fault, or where the customer chose the incorrect vehicle application, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

|
DAMAGE AND LOSS
|
|
Once the package leaves iROTORS' facility, iROTORS is responsible for the package arriving at the customers address. Our warehouse packages every item with the best protection possible to prevent shipping damage. If you receive a damaged part, DO NOT accept the package and have the shipping company immediately return it to the sender. If the shipping company has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipping company and have the package returned to the sender. Missing, damaged or incorrect parts are non-returnable after 14 business days, regardless of the party at fault. Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs. Our liability does not cover lost or stolen packages mailed back by the customer containing the parts being claimed under the warranty. Because the customer is the shipper, he or she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefore, the claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company.
