Can I Select A Faster Shipping Option?
We offer overnight, 2-day and 3-day FedEx shipping. Keep in mind that this does not yet take into account the 3-4 business days for processing of the order. Please contact us for shipping rates.
Can I Ship To A Different Location?
No problem! On our customer information page you simply select the "Ship to a different address" button and enter where you want us to deliver your order. Please be careful to enter your correct billing address to avoid any delays in the processing of your order.
Do You Ship To International and APO Addresses?
Yes we do. Once you have filled out the "Customer information page" the next step is the "Shipping option page" which will give you all the different shipping options and costs.
Will All My Packages Arrive At The Same Time?
Because we are the manufacturer, all packages that relate to your order ship together from our warehouse. We use FedEx for our freight carrier and cannot guarantee that they will deliver all packages at the same time.
Do I Need To Sign For My Delivery When My Order arrives?
All orders are shipped without a signature required. If you would like to sign for your shipment you must contact us so we can make the change to your order.
How Do I Track My Order?
After placing your order an email is sent to you containing a copy of your order and order number. When your order ships you will also receive an email from iROTORS with your tracking numbers. You can check your delivery schedule on our website under "Tracking" and enter your order number, name or email address to track your order or go to fedex.com.
Which Brake Pads Should I order?
On our Brake Pad landing page we have outlined the advantages of each of the pads we offer. In addition we also show a graph to quickly illustrate the differences between the Brake Pads. If you are still unsure, please contact us so we can assist you.
How Does Your Warranty Work?
If you have an issue with any of our products, simply ship back the product to us within the warranty period and we will ship you out a new replacement no questions asked. Refer to our warranty section on our website for further information.
